Lamb by definition is an animal under 1yr’s old & mutton is from an older animal. For ease of use we call all of our products lamb but we do use Mutton.

Not only does this allow us to fully understand the processes involved but it also allows us to see how the animals are treated through the processes which is also very important to ourselves.
