The Christmas spirit has most definitely landed here at Nurturing by Nature with everyone bustling like it’s Santa’s workshop to get everything ready for the usual last minute rush before the holiday break. We usually get an influx of orders as soon as we get back as well so the teams have been working their socks off to ensure we can supply all of you that need it as soon you’re ready.
We are actively encouraging anyone that can to get your orders in as early as possible to help us with that pressure leading up to and during the festivities. However, regardless of when you order we will, as always, do our very best to ensure your deliveries of raw dog food or cat food arrive when you need it.
Let it be said that we won’t be sliding down anyone’s chimney to make those deliveries. We’ll leave it to our network of Nurturing by Nature local drivers to do what they do best, and DPD for our nationally based customers.
We will be making sure all of our shops are well stocked over the festive season too with Pamphill, Upton and West Moors staff all restocking as fast as their feet will carry them.
To ensure our opening times are clear over the Christmas 2022 to New Year 2023 we are listing them for you here to refer to and they are as follows:
Website Customers using Local and DPD Delivery
We will be making deliveries up until December 24th 2022 for order placed pre-12pm on the 22nd December 2022.
We are closed 25th, 26th and 27th December 2022 although you can still place orders via the website and we will deal with them as soon as we return.
We return to the office on the 28th, 29th and 30th December 2022 from 9am until 5pm to help with any enquiries that have been placed over the break.
Local Deliveries will be processed on the 28th for delivery over the 29th and 30th December 2022
We are closed 31stDecember, 1st January 2023 and 2nd January 2023.
All main website and office staff then return on the 3rd January 2023.
Local deliveries resuming on the 4th January 2023.
Nationwide deliveries will resume on the 5th January 2023.
Nurturing by Nature - West Moors Shop
At the West Moors branch we will be open as usual up until the 23rd December 2022
24th December 2022 – Open 9am until 4pm.

Tuesday 3rd January 2023 Open and back to normal hours 9am until 5pm.

Saturday 24th December 2022 we are open from 8am until 1pm
