There are significant differences between green tripe (unprocessed) and bleached tripe (processed). Green tripe retains its natural colour and odour and is considered more nutrient-rich as it contains beneficial enzymes and bacteria that aid in digestion. Bleached tripe has been processed to remove its natural colour and odour, to make it more visually appealing but is less nutritious. We use green tripe in our raw dog food meals to ensure maximum health benefits for your pet.
Tripe can be fed as a standalone meal or mixed with other ingredients to provide a balanced diet for your dog. It's rich in nutrients, but to ensure a complete and balanced diet, we recommend incorporating a range of protein sources and including fruits, vegetables, and supplements.
